- Classification of the defects in anterior maxilla.
- Immediate implant placement and immediate temporary.

- Soft tissue augmentation and immediate implant placement.
- Socket augmentation.
- Early implant placement in aesthetic zone and soft tissue management.
- Early implant placement in aesthetic zone and GBR.
- Soft tissue management.
- Vertical bone augmentation in aesthetic zone.
